JoVonna Erickson joined the firm in 2021 and has demonstrated a strong commitment to professional growth and client service. She earned her Associate’s degree in Accounting in 2023 and achieved her Enrolled Agent (EA) designation in 2025. JoVonna plans to further expand her expertise by obtaining her securities licenses, enabling her to provide comprehensive tax and financial services to clients. She is known for her strong work ethic, dedication to continuous learning, and pride in her professional development.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, JoVonna leads an active and fulfilling life. She enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, participating in outdoor activities with her husband and their two dogs, and traveling. In September 2025, she welcomed her first child, a baby boy, marking an exciting new chapter in her life.
